Purchased a reasonable pedigree sheep farm in North Yorkshire and transitioned this into a pedigree Aberdeen Angus bull breeding business at the Premier League and high health end of the market. Breeding genetically important and well-above average EBV bulls for the commercial beef and dairy sectors with award winning cattle being sold all over the country. The herd was successfully dispersed at an on-farm sale in 2019 allowing more time to establish our hugely well respected holiday business whilst continuing to graze a large third party commercial sheep flock and entry into the Higher Tier Countryside Stewardship scheme.

Established a premium, and multi-award winning, 5 Star Gold rated holiday destination on my small North Yorkshire Farm. Successfully sold the farm, and business, in late 2022.

Set up and established a successful premium fresh food business supplying Executive Chefs domestically, and internationally, with the finest fresh food products out of Scotland. Customers included The Savoy Group, The Taj Group, The Oberoi Group and The Regent Group alongside countless specialist deli and premium supermarket customers.
